So I used to have a bacon press it was a cute iron piggy. Never used it, didn't even know what it was then. Wish I had one now. We love bacon! Who doesn't? I hate bacon when it shrivels all up! So I started cooking it on my griddle and putting a baking sheet on top of the bacon. Walla- flat crispy bacon every time. Not to mention the container that's attached to the griddle to hold all of the grease.in for easy disposal.
